Teresa Dean, MD

INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Dr. Dean is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who joined Westside Internal Medicine and St John’s after spending nearly a decade at Cedars Sinai deeply involved in patient care, medical resident education and administration, including being elected to the Board of Directors. She greatly enjoys practicing highly personalized medicine in this wonderful group without the time constraints of a typical healthcare system.

Dr. Dean was born in Alaska and ran track at the University of Colorado Boulder, while also being elected to Phi Beta Kappa Honors. She published in her first academic journal as an undergraduate which lead her to Duke School of Medicine and a prestigious research fellowship at the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC). While she enjoys research, her true passion is the health of her patients. Her medical practice is anchored in personalized comprehensive care with a focus on whole person wellness, energy and vitality at every age with patients spanning 14 to 101.
