Insurance

Because personalized care and attention requires as much time as is needed, we do not contract with any private insurance companies at this time.  Our staff will be happy to bill your insurance company for you as a courtesy in order to maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.  We encourage you to contact your individual insurance plan to find out what your “out-of-network” benefits are, as they can vary significantly from plan to plan. We can electronically submit your claims so you can be reimbursed by Medicare for our services.  However, there are services that are not covered by Medicare, for which you will not be fully reimbursed. We invite you to call us and inquire further.

We are located 1-2 blocks north of St. John’s Hospital on Wilshire Blvd (not Santa Monica Blvd.).

There is valet parking within the building. However, we do not validate.  Building prices are posted at the entrance to the parking garage. There are handicapped parking spots inside the building--please feel free to discuss this need with the parking staff. Convenient metered parking on Wilshire Blvd & free 2 hour street parking is also available nearby on 21st and 22nd Streets.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: Doctor on-call always available, by appointment. Office typically open at 9am - 12:30 on weekends. Please call for availability.
