Jonathan Weaver, MD

INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Jonathan D. Weaver, MD received a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA in 1997 in Biochemistry.  He graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 2001 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA in 2004.  After residency he joined the UCLA Internal Medicine faculty as Chief Resident for a year.  In 2006 he completed his Geriatric Fellowship training at UCLA.  Upon completion of his geriatric subspecialty training Dr. Weaver joined Westside Internal Medicine.

Dr. Weaver’s practice specializes in general internal medicine and geriatric medicine.  His practice focuses on the prevention of disability, maximizing quality of life, and the primary prevention of common medical conditions.

Dr. Weaver is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.

He currently lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife and three daughters.
